Place event: Retail Property Briefing

Colin Wilding, centre manager of Cheshire Oaks, the successful out-of-town shopping centre operated by McArthur Glen in Ellesmere Port, is the latest keynote speaker confirmed for Place's Retail Briefing.

Hill DickinsonThe half-day free-to-attend conference at Lancashire County Cricket Club, will examine the state of the retail market in the region and the challenges facing retail landlords and tenants during the uncertain consumer times.

In addition, John Sullivan, ex-director of Warner Village Cinemas and now partner at specialist development consultancy, Cinema Next, will deliver his perspective on the role of cinemas in retail and leisure development.

Miles Dunnett, asset manager of the Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, owner of Liverpool One will also be among the keynote speakers at Place North West's latest Retail Briefing being held in November, in association with Hill Dickinson.
