Place North West invites you to a specialist sector briefing all about leisure property at the recently completed Marine Point in New Brighton, Wirral.
This free-to-attend event on Thursday 8 November is sponsored by Neptune Developments, Hill Dickinson and The Light Cinemas.
The afternoon will begin with a welcome by Rob Mason, development director of Neptune Developments, followed by presentations on the state of the leisure market, addressing development finance, site selection, occupier trading performance, demographics and visitor trends. The event will finish with a Q&A panel session and networking followed by the opportunity to tour the development with Neptune and drinks at Brooklyn's Restaurant and Grosvenor G Casino.
