Pin completes Sale office refurb
Pin Property has completed its refurbishment of the 61,000 sq ft Number One Dovecote Business Park building in Sale.
The three-storey headquarters building, close to junction 6 of the M60, is being billed as the largest speculative refurbishment in the South Manchester market.
One Dovecote, Pin’s first South Manchester acquisition upon its September 2015 purchase from Strathclyde Pension Fund, is one of two buildings that make up the Dovecote Business Park, with the other building occupied by GE Capital.
Lee Egerton, asset manager at Pin, said: “Our decision to speculatively refurbish this scheme underlines our confidence in the South Manchester occupational market. The standard of the refurbishment means that we are now on a level playing field with other South Manchester schemes.”
James Dickinson, director of Canning O’Neill, which is joint agent with Cushman & Wakefield, added: “Occupational demand for office space in and around South Manchester is far outweighing supply and Number One Dovecote offers occupiers an opportunity to relocate to a well-located building with extensive parking.”
Quoting rents are £16.50/sq ft.
Looks Great Lee!
