Phoenix House sale nears £5m

London & Cambridge Properties, the property investment and management company, has sold a 30,000 sq ft office on Centre Park in Warrington to Hillview Real Estate for £4.9m.

Phoenix House was built by Marshall CDP. The property is arranged over ground and three upper floors and is fully let to AB Sciex UK, Rotary Building Services and Ofcom.

Steve Carrick, investment partner at Knight Frank, said: “We received strong interest due to the strength of the tenant covenants and the quality of the asset, offering best-in-class on the estate. Our client benefitted from a dearth of good quality stock currently in the market and pent up demand from investors.”

Knight Frank and Allsop acted on behalf of the vendor.

Hillview Real Estate was advised by ADS Real Estate Advisors.
