Pexton returns to agency with Colliers

Andrew Pexton has left Harworth two years after joining the listed developer/investor from JLL.

The North West shed expert has joined Colliers as a director within the firm’s 35-strong industrial and logistics team.

Prior to joining Harworth as regional director for the North West in 2023, Pexton had spent three and a half years at JLL.

Notable schemes he has been involved in during his 35-year career include the 7m sq ft Omega Business Park in Warrington. He also advised Canmoor and Goldman Sachs on a 544,000 sq ft letting to Victorian Plumbing in Leyland.

Prior to joining JLL, Pexton spent more than 25 years at Avison Young.

Len Rosso, head of Colliers’ I&L team, said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming Andrew to the team, he has a long-established reputation in the region and brings with him a unique perspective having worked client-side with a developer most recently. His insights and advice will be invaluable to our clients and our business as a whole.”

Pexton added: “I’m looking forward to returning to the agency and consultancy side of commercial real estate, working with the team across Colliers and re-establishing connections with clients in the north-west, but also nationally as well.”
