Petros picks LSH for Wilmslow offices
Petros Development Co has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton to market No 1 Kings Close in Wilmslow.
The Pozzoni-designed 10,415 sq ft office is currently under construction and LSH claims it is the only new speculative development in Wilmslow town centre.
LSH said market activity remained relatively healthy along the A34 corridor. As of November, take-up within this sub-market equated to 25% of the total take-up in South Manchester.
Adam Jackson, office agent at LSH, said: "With nearby Wilmslow Office Park now only offering pre-let opportunities, No. 1 Kings Close is the only speculative office development in the area. We are therefore optimistic that it will be seen as a major opportunity for businesses looking to secure high-quality office accommodation in the heart of the town centre."
No 1 Kings Close is due to be ready for occupation in spring 2009.
