Peel plans 100,000 sq ft Trafford office

Peel Holdings has won planning permission from Trafford council to build a 108,000 sq ft office opposite the Trafford Centre.
The development is expected to attract interest from Trafford council, which is looking for a 100,000 sq ft HQ in the area.
The seven-storey scheme, on the 5-acre former Kratos Analytics site at the junction of Barton Dock Road and Mercury Way, is already being linked with a move by Trafford council to satisfy its search for a 100,000 sq ft headquarters.
Trafford recently appointed Serco Consulting to review the authority's property needs.
