Peel picks Edwards/WHR to market Salford office portfolio

Edwards & Co and WHR Property Consultants have been retained by Peel Land & Property to find tenants for five vacant office buildings in Salford.

The portfolio consists of Adamson House at Pomona Strand, Quay West at Trafford Wharf Road, The Victoria at Harbour City, Lowry House at Ohio Avenue and Osprey House at Pacific Quays.

Andrew Timms, partner at Edwards & Co, sad: "This is a great opportunity for two regional agency practices to work alongside one of the North West's most prolific landowners. Our extensive knowledge of the area's commercial properties and firm relationship with Peel Land & Property stands us in good stead to sustain the client's success in the office market."
