Peel enjoys run of industrial deals
Peel Land & Property has reported five small industrial lettings in Salford Quays and Trafford Park totalling 10,000 sq ft.
A 3,100 sq ft unit at Salford Quays was taken by Inclusive Training Services on a four-year lease.
Karma Foods leased 3,905 sq ft at Sundance Court in Salford Quays on a 10-year lease, expanding from premises next door.
Professional licensing and IT certification exam firm, Prometric, agreed a five-rear deal on 1,000 sq ft at Cody Court, also Salford Quays. At the same scheme, Thomas Gough signed a lease on 1,033 sq ft on a three-year lease.
Gift shop The Marmalade Tree agreed a three-year lease on 1,300 sq ft at The Bridgewater Centre, Trafford Park.
Simon Lovegrove, property manager at Peel, said: "We are pleased at the recent run of lettings from our industrial portfolio, and that occupiers have seen the benefit of being located in a Peel property at Salford Quays and Trafford Park."
