Partners hired at Marsden Street consultancies
Industrial agent Rob Tilley has joined real estate firm Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield has hired Tim Aitchison in its project management and building consultancy department.
Tilley was previously director for P3 Property Consultants, where he worked from its outset in 2008, focussing on the acquisition and sale of logistics and industrial property in the North West. He has worked with clients such as Manchester Airport Group, Wilson Bowden, and Morley Estates.
Aitchison joined Cushman & Wakefield in August after four years as a director at JLL, where he helped lead the building consultancy team. He will be responsible for project managing redevelopments, dilapidations, fit-outs as well as driving the team’s expansion across the North West.
Both Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield are based at No1 Marsden Street in Manchester.
Rob Taylor, head of the industrial team at Knight Frank, said: “The ability to recruit people with the amount of experience Rob has is not easy, so we are delighted he has decided to join us.”
John Keyes, head of Cushman & Wakefield Manchester, said: “We are extremely pleased to bring on board someone of Tim’s calibre and reputation.”
