Parkinson expands with investment agent hire

Parkinson Property Consultants has hired Neil Higson from Gerald Eve as associate director, taking the number of fee-earners in its Manchester office to four.

Prior to Gerald Eve, Higson was previously associate director at Nolan Redshaw. He specialises in investment acquisitions and disposals.

Alongside Higson’s appointment, Parkinson has promoted Mark Smith to director, after nine years with the company.

Smith will continue his activity in the valuation department in Manchester and is leading the introduction of new client-focused initiatives.
