Pannone to hold EU state aid law seminar

Law firm Pannone hopes to demystify the often complex area of European law governing procurement for regeneration and development at a seminar in April.
Guests will hear presentations by Stephen Chalcraft, partner and head of real estate, and Udo Pope, partner, at Pannone, as well as Jennifer Skilbeck of Monckton Chambers.
The issues to be covered include:
- Outline of state aid and procurement law
- Disclosure of award criteria
- Changes to existing contracts
