Opal Property Group finance manager resigns

The finance manager of the Manchester-based student housing developer and hotel operator has resigned.

David Smith joined Opal Property Group in 2004 from the Wilkinson Group, but has decided to move on and will be replaced by former Deloitte employee, Louise Lowe.

Opal has developments in Liverpool, Sheffield, Bradford, Huddersfield, Leicester, Nottingham and Plymouth.
