One Heritage hires acquisitions lead
Rob Haynes has joined the listed developer from LRC Group.
In his new role, Haynes will be responsible for identifying sites to build One Heritage Group’s pipeline, as well and leading on the due diligence and acquisition process.
Haynes has relocated from London to Manchester to take up the newly created position.
“It is an exciting time for the business,” said Martin Crews, development director at One Heritage Group.
“I am delighted to bring someone with Rob’s talent and experience into the business and he will be pivotal to our continued growth, identifying and delivering new opportunities.”
Haynes’ appointment means One Heritage now employs more than 30 staff in its Mosley Street office in Manchester city centre.
Prior to his time at London-based LRC Group, Haynes spent just shy of seven years at Delph Property Group, rising through the ranks to become acquisitions manager.
One Heritage’s projects include a 55-storey tower in Salford’s Greengate district and a 129-apartment project a short distance away over the border in Manchester.
