One Heritage appoints chief financial officer

Anthony Unsworth previously worked as a finance director for Countryside Properties and Barratt Developments.

In addition to becoming One Heritage’s chief financial officer, Unsworth has also been the executive director of the residential developer’s board.

Unsworth has more than 14 years of experience with housebuilder companies. He has also worked for a variety of retail companies including The Co-operative Group, where he was head of finance between 2001 and 2004.

Regarding Unsworth’s hire, One Heritage Group chairman David Izett said: “I am delighted that Anthony is joining the board of One Heritage Group PLC as chief financial officer, bringing with him the financial expertise, public company experience and track record in property development that our rigorous search had targeted.”

One Heritage is a listed company based in Manchester. Current projects include 129 apartments off Great Ducie Street and Mirabel Street in Manchester, a 55-storey skyscraper off New Bridge Street and Greengate in Salford, and 35 apartments off Wellington Street in Stockport.
