Greencore has sold a 3.74-acre industrial site in Chadderton, Oldham, to Involution Properties for an undisclosed sum.
The Greengate site contains three industrial buildings comprising 62,335 sq ft previously used for food production and warehouse facilities.
Rory Flanagan, surveyor at DTZ, advising Greencore, commented: "The site is an excellent redevelopment opportunity with easy access to Greengate and could potentially house some form of roadside use."
