Office letting secured at Chorley park

Landlords Westmarch Investments has let an office unit at its 29,000 sq ft Buckshaw Office Park in Buckshaw Village, Chorley.

Construction contractor May Gurney has taken the 1,242 sq ft J2 office unit on the ground-floor on a six year lease at £23,475 per annum.

The company join manufacturers' organisation EEF, which opened a new 1,241 sq ft regional office on the first-floor at Buckshaw Office Park in April this year.

Buckshaw Office Park, the third phase of commercial development within Redrow-Barratt's 1m sq ft Matrix Park at Buckshaw Village, was launched in July 2007 and has office units from 1,239 sq ft to 17,583 sq ft.
