OBI adds new business role to ranks
Manchester-based independent surveyor OBI Property has recruited Joe Averill from software advisor AppLearn to its transactions and asset management team in a newly formed role aimed at developing new relationships with North West companies.
Having graduated in Business Studies from the University of Bristol, Averill spent three years working in the technology and software industry at corporate advisor AppLearn where he was responsible for securing major new clients for the company.

OBI Property employs 20 staff working with landlord and occupier clients which include AO.com, NCC Group, Rentalcars.com, Allied London, Bruntwood, LJ Partnership, British Airways and CBRE Global Investors.
