Northwich Vision manager joins Liverpool Land’s Speke team

Liverpool Land Development Company, the publicly-funded agency tasked with the regeneration of four routes into Liverpool, has added to its management team.

Andy Wallace, Vale Royal Borough Council's project manager of the Northwich Vision regeneration programme, joins as development manager with responsibility for projects in the Speke Halewood area of South Liverpool.

His patch will include the Estuary Commerce Park, Venture Point within Speke Industrial Estate and the Speke District Centre scheme.

Before joining Vale Royal Wallace worked for retirement homes developer McCarthy & Stone and for professional services company the Parkman Group, prior to the firm's merger with Mouchel.

Liverpool Land Development Company's four areas are: Approach 580 (Aintree, Gillmoss and Kirkby), Eastern Approaches (the Edge Lane corridor), Atlantic Gateway (north Liverpool docklands) and Speke Halewood.
