Northern Trust agrees 25,000 sq ft deal with NW Engineering

Northern Trust has secured a 25,000 sq ft letting to North West Engineering Group at the recently refurbished Southgate Trade Park, on the White Lund Industrial Estate, Morecambe.
North West Engineering supplies machine components to the energy industries. Stewart Urquhart, managing director of North West Engineering, said: "Given our customer base we had to re-locate to modern premises that would not only present the correct image but deliver a more efficient and pleasant working environment to enable us to grow and develop."
Whittle Jones and Fisher Wrathall are joint agents on the park.
