Nikal starts MyBüro ball rolling in Altrincham

Manchester developer Nikal has launched the first of its MyBüro office suite buildings in Altrincham aimed at small businesses keen to own their offices.

MyBüro offers "boutique office space specifically for growing businesses, which can be bought individually much like an apartment".

The development on Market Street offers 12 offices over three floors, starting from 295 sq ft to larger offices for up to 20 people. Prices range from £100,000 to £500,000.

Nick Payne, managing director of Nikal, said: "MyBüro is more than just an office development. It is an 'executive business condominium' that allows owner-occupiers or investors to combine business interests with a sound property investment and buy an office suite in a new development in much the same way an apartment would be purchased."

Each office benefits from a purpose-built environment, which includes secure on-site parking, circular feature meeting room, fully networked management system, IT, air conditioning and concierge, secretarial and administrative support.

Payne said: "Many smaller businesses aspire to have a high quality office that represents their brand, but cannot afford best location and specification. MyBüro is clearly an affordable alternative to renting. The suites are of such quality that they can be rented to other businesses or occupied by and leased to the buyer's own company."

Nikal plans to roll out the concept around the country.
