Zincedge brings Eccles office to market

Zincedge Properties has appointed P3 Property Consultants and King Sturge to market the first phase of the refurbished Sentinel House offices in Eccles following completion of the scheme.

There is 80,000 sq ft of refitted space available at the 116,000 sq ft building in Eccles town centre. The site is served by the Metrolink tram, train station and junction 2 of the M602.

Suites range from 114 sq ft to wings of 3,605 sq ft and 4,121 sq ft. Quoting rents are £7.50/sq ft.
