Ziferblat opens Oxford Road site

The pay-per-minute co-working chain has opened up its third Manchester location in Tresco House on Oxford Road.

This 3,000 sq ft branch joins the 6,000 sq ft Edge Street site and the 4,000 sq ft Oxford Court site. Oxford Court provides meeting space, while Edge Street has a 3,000 sq ft sitting room and 3,000 sq ft meeting space.

Tresco House is near to the Manchester Aquatics centre, and offers a sitting room and meeting room which takes up the whole of the first floor.

Ziferblat charges 8p per person per minute to use the space, and stops charging after four hours.

Gareth Harold, head of operations of Ziferblat UK and Ireland, said opening a branch on Oxford Road was the natural “next step”.

“Ziferblat Oxford Road is a unique offering to the hub of students, faculty, businesses and hospitals in one of Manchester’s most bustling areas and really complements the branches in the other parts of the city.”
