Your Space shares suspended on AIM

Manchester-based serviced office operator Your Space suspended trading of its shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange today pending publication of the company's audited accounts for the year to the end of 31 March 2008.

On Monday the company issued a notice saying the annual results would be published the following day but the publication failed to appear.

Your Space said this morning in an official statement to the LSE: "The Company is in the process of finalising its accounts with its auditors, Grant Thornton LLP, and expects to be in a position to release its audited accounts for the period ended 31 March 2008 in the near future."

Your Space operates nine centres around the country including Il Palazzo on Water Street, Liverpool, and St James's Court and 23 New Mount Street in Manchester.
