Your Space shares suspended after failed talks

Manchester and Liverpool-based serviced office operator, Your Space has been suspended on the AIM today after its failed talks to sell part of the business.

In an announcement made on the London Stock Exchange, the statement said: "Your Space has for a number of weeks been in negotiations regarding the disposal of certain parts of its business. These negotiations, which were to raise additional finance, have now ceased and as a result, the Company announces that it has requested a suspension, with immediate effect, of trading of its shares on AIM, pending clarification of its financial position."

In March, Your Space, which includes a contracting business, said it "is in talks with a substantial property company" regarding the provision of refurbishment services across the company's property portfolio.

The company operates ten centres around the country. In Manchester it operates two centres, at St James's Court and 23 New Mount Street, also its head office. It operates Il Palazzo on Water Street, Liverpool.
