Your Space non-exec steps down

Serviced office provider Your Space has announced the resignation with immediate effect of Raymond Harris, a non-executive director, from its board.

Your Space this week agreed a voluntary arrangement with creditors to repay £1.1m of £5.5m owed to them by the Manchester and Liverpool-based group. The Bank of Ireland and Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs are the largest creditors.

Harris, a chartered accountant, headed the company's audit committee.
