WYG expands planning team

Project management and technical consultancy WYG has appointed two associate planners to its Manchester office.
John Leggett, formerly of AMEC, has 13 years' of experience, notably in the nuclear/energy sector and delivery of complex environmental impact assessment projects, including Hinkley Point C for EDF Energy, Sellafield and Capenhurst for Urenco UK and Capenhurst Nuclear Services.
Simon Peake joined from IBI Group, with extensive residential and regeneration experience linked to transforming parts of East Manchester for the Homes & Communities Agency.
The total number of fee earners in the Manchester planning team is now 16.
