Wrather’s Victoria Buildings fully let
Office landlord Bill Wrather has let the last remaining office suite at Victoria Buildings, 1 Princess Street, Manchester.
Robert Meaton Solicitors has expanded its team and moved out of its former office at 49 King Street to take the 3,150 sq ft office on a ten-year lease at a rental value of £16.50/sq ft.
The solicitors firm will join Qatar Airways, Northern Rock And Tamasis PR at the Grade II listed building, which has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment scheme.
