Wrather signs British Legion in Albert Square

The Wrather Group has completed a letting over ground and two upper floors at Victoria Buildings on the corner of Albert Square and Cross Street in Manchester to the Royal British Legion, advised by Savills.

Totalling 6,066 sq ft, the space comprises two ground floor shops, two upper floors of offices and a small basement, and will create the new regional office for RBL incorporating an information and advice centre. The Royal British Legion has agreed a new 10-year lease.

Mr Foster of RBL said: "After a long search, we decided that this building in this prominent position is absolutely ideal and we are looking forward to moving in."

The landlord was jointly advised by Edwards & Co and Jones Lang LaSalle.
