WR Estates brings refurbished Norwest Court to market
Robert Pinkus & Co and King Sturge have been appointed by WR Estates to market 21,500 sq ft of offices in Norwest Court, Preston city centre.
Norwest Court, on Guildhall Street between Winckley Square and Preston's prime Fishergate shopping centre, comprises seven floors with suites starting at 1,500 sq ft and on site parking. Quoting rents are £10/sq ft.
WR Estates recently completed a £400,000 refurbishment. DVLA currently occupies the ground floor.
