Wood joins George and Davis in CBRE exit

Simon Wood, senior director of investment at CB Richard Ellis, has resigned and is rumoured to be preparing to set up a new niche with long-time colleagues Howard George and Tom Davis.

Davis and George resigned in the autumn after the expiry of an earn-out period related to the sale of their agency, DGI Davis George, in 2007.

Wood joined CBRE as part of the DGI takeover and has worked with Davis and George for more than ten years.

Rumours are growing in the agency community that the former DGI partners are regrouping to launch a new industrial niche practice in the New Year when they leave CBRE.
