Wirralbiz moves base

Business start-up company Wirralbiz has relocated to the 36,000 sq ft Commerce Park in Campbeltown Road, Birkenhead.

Chainbid has let the 5,000 sq ft unit two, a two-storey office building, to the company for an undisclosed sum.

Wirralbiz Self Preservation Society, which was set up in 2006, is relocating from the Wirral Council-owned Egerton House in Tower Road, Birkenhead.

Jon Swain, from Mason & Partners, joint letting agent on the scheme, said: "Wirralbiz will be joining other tenants including Tool Station, City Plumbing and Clifton Trade Bathrooms, which have all taken trade counter units, as well as Care GB and Contour CNC, which both occupy warehouse units."

Commerce Park comprises three elements, including two new adjoining two storey office buildings with car parking, totalling 10,000 sq ft, four trade counter units with one unit remaining of 7,747 sq ft, and seven self-contained industrial units ranging in size from 600 sq ft to 1,200 sq ft.

Mason Owen and Smith and Sons Property Consultants are joint agents on Commerce Park.
