Recycling business Vertegen has signed a five-year lease with a private landlord on 20,000 sq ft of industrial premises in Riverbank Road, Bromborough.
Helen Moss, associate director at letting agent Jones Lang LaSalle, said: "Bromborough's excellent transport links means it continues to hold appeal for industrial businesses.
"This is a sizeable letting on good terms and we're pleased to have found a local occupier for the site."
