Wilmslow Post Office sold

Mancunian Mercantile Investment has bought the 8,904 sq ft Wilmslow Post Office. The site was purchased from private family ownership for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase is one of a number of investments Mancunian Mercantile has made in the town over the last few months.
The property is let in its entirety to the Royal Mail Group until 2021, at a rent of £50,000 a year.
Charlie Williams of Williams Commercial Property Consultants acted for the purchaser. He said: "The property offered an ideal opportunity to purchase a building let to an excellent covenant right in the heart of the town. The investment adds to the growing property portfolio owned by MMI Limited in the North West."
