Williams Tarr wins car dealership contract

Warrington-based Williams Tarr Construction has won a contract from TG Holdcroft to build two new motor dealerships for Honda and Hyundai in Cheshire Oaks.

The £6.5m development designed by London-based architects Mountford Pigott will total 36,000 sq ft and include showrooms, workshop, MOT testing bays, offices and car parkings.

Williams Tarr will start construction in July and completion is due in Q1 2013. The cost consultants are HCT from Coleshill.

TG Holdrcroft is based in Stoke on Trent.
