Williams back to head LSH asset team

David Williams, former head of property management in Yorkshire for Lambert Smith Hampton, has rejoined the company as its new head of property asset management in the Manchester office.

Williams left LSH four years ago to run DTZ International's property management business in the Middle East.

Simon Mitchell, who previously headed up the eight-strong LSH property management team in Manchester, becomes director of business recovery.

Williams said: "LSH has proven to be a resilient yet progressive force over the years. Rejoining the business will provide me with the opportunity to leverage my skills and experience to expand this key area of the business."

Roger Tunnicliffe, head of LSH Manchester, said: "David's appointment reflects our commitment to grow and strengthen our business to serve the evolving needs of our clients across the North West.

"Property asset management is fundamental to the successful performance of any real estate investment, particularly in this fiercely competitive marketplace. Under David's leadership, we will seek to expand the provision of our performance-enhancing advice beyond the 1.8m sq ft of assets currently under our care across the North West."
