William Hill leases Chorley shop

The bookmaker has occupied a 2,422 sq ft property at 16 Chapel Street in Chorley, Lancashire.
William Hill has signed a 20 year lease with landlord Landmaster Properties at £31,000 a year.
The shop consists of a 1,198 sq ft ground floor and 1,224 sq ft first floor.
Legat Owen acted on behalf of the landlord.
As if this town wasn’t already enough of a hole. Add a few more amusement arcades and pound shops and the job of destroying the place will finally be done.
