The industrial agency team at JLL has let two units at Bilsdale Properties' Antler Court in Wigan.
Vehicle recovery business Hough Green Garage has taken a 12,895 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease at £4/sq ft. Central Catering Services took two units totalling 13,628 sq ft on a five-year lease at £4/sq ft.
Antler Court is part of the Three Sisters Enterprise Park on the South Lancashire Industrial Estate between J24 and J25 of the M6.
Richard Johnson, associate director, industrial and logistics at JLL, said: "There's strong demand for well-maintained industrial accommodation across the North West and Antler Court's popularity is evidence of this with all of the ten units now occupied.
"In addition, these deals have been delivered over tight timescales with reasonable lease terms which is testament to the quality and location of the park."
JLL and Young & Co are joint agents on the scheme. Both tenants were unrepresented.
