WHR hires to office agency

WHR Property Consultants has appointed Oliver Woodall as graduate surveyor, after securing 140,000 sq ft of new office instructions in the last three months.

Instructions include an appointment by Commercial Estates Group to dispose of 50,000 sq ft of vacant office space at 60 Old Hall Street in Liverpool city centre and two instructions from Real Estate Investment Management to market 2,440 sq ft at No 1 Ridgefield on King Street in Manchester city centre and 23,000 sq ft at Chester Business Park.

Woodall previously interned at DTZ’s residential and development agency. He is a graduate of Liverpool John Moores University.

Rupert Barron, partner at WHR Property Consultants, said: “WHR has always enjoyed a strong reputation within the city centre office and South Manchester markets but we have been keen to grow our business in the other satellite towns and cities for a while now and are pleased that we have been able to achieve this objective across the region.

“The property market is going through an exciting period and we now have a strong team of six that is, along with our colleagues in other departments, well equipped to handle the increasing occupier providing expert knowledge and informed advice to our clients.”
