WHR completes Salford industrial letting

WHR Property Consultants has let an 11,870 sq ft warehouse in Salford to electrical distribution company, EPC UK on a five-year lease at £38,500 a year.

WHR was the sole letting agent acting on behalf of a private landlord. The single storey building is situated on Astor Road, fronting Eccles New Road.

Simon Hampson, partner at WHR, said: "The North West industrial market has enjoyed a real resurgence in demand this year – in particular self-contained units such as this one, which benefits from excellent road frontage on a self-contained site."
