Whittaker completed several transactions in August, spending £8m on CSC shares, following the company's annual results .
Whittaker is deputy chairman of CSC and last week installed Mike Butterworth, boss of the Trafford Centre, as chief operating officer of CSC.
CSC owns 14 centres around the UK and is due to give an interim management statement about trading performance since 1 July to investors on Monday 31 October.
