White Company signs in Northgate Street

Clothing, linen and homeware retailer The White Company is to open a store in Chester after agreeing a deal at 19 Northgate Street.

The company has signed a 10-year lease at £140,000/year with landlord Liverpool Victoria Asset Management. The unit comprises 1,700 sq ft of trading space and 3,000 sq ft of storage. It was formerly occupied by The Works.

The White Company has around 30 stores nationwide including one in King Street, Manchester and a concession within Selfridges in the Trafford Centre.
