What’s Cooking? arrives at Albert Dock

Albert Dock Company, advised by DTZ, has completed another restaurant letting at the Albert Dock in Liverpool.

The American diner style restaurant has taken a unit in Queen Elizabeth Hall, Britannia Pavilion, comprising 3,830 sq ft on a 10-year lease at a rent equivalent to £90,000 a year.

Richard Barker, head of retail at DTZ in Manchester, comments: "The Albert Dock is a prime leisure and retail development in Liverpool with more than 95% of space let. What's Cooking? joins occupiers including Express by Holiday Inn, Premier Inn, Gusto (formerly Est Est Est), Ha Ha Bar & Canteen, Costa Coffee and Circo."

Albert Dock traders have seen takings soar this year thanks to the opening of the nearby Arena & Convention Centre Liverpool at Kings Dock, along with the attraction of Liverpool One and the European Capital of Culture festivities.
