Western Ridge secures new tenant at 101 Princess Street

Connect2Media has taken a 3,790 sq ft third floor suite at Western Ridge's refurbished 101 Princess Street in Manchester.

The company is relocating from its current premises in South Manchester to take up the space at the 19th century former textile warehouse.

Western Ridge has refurbished 101 Princess Street to provide individual office suites from 640 sq ft to 5,500 sq ft.

Connect2Media develops and publishes interactive entertainment across multiple platforms including popular franchises such as video games including Guitar Hero and Call of Duty 3.

Based in Manchester, Connect2Media also has offices in Paris, Munich, Madrid, Krakow, Tel Aviv, Sao Paulo and Bangkok.

P3 Property Consultants are joint agents with Edwards & Co on 101 Princess Street.
