West names trio to market Origin

Sean Mulryan's West Properties has appointed Colliers CRE, Lambert Smith Hampton and WHR as agents on Origin, the Manchester city centre development designed by Ian Simpson.
The scheme contains 62,000 sq ft of offices, 180 apartments, stores, cafes, restaurants and boutique hotel.
This is the third development for West in the city, following upmarket rental-only residential towers Lumière and Skyline Central.
Completion of the project on the junction of Whitworth Street and Princess Street is due in 2010.
Quoting rents have yet to be confirmed.
