Weightmans hires Claremont for Manchester relocation

Warrington-based Claremont Group Interiors has been appointed by Weightmans to complete its new Manchester office in Argent's Three Piccadilly Place.

Claremont, which worked with the law firm on its original move to Spring Gardens 10 years ago, will provide the design, fit-out, furniture and audio-visual for the 19,000 sq ft office, which is located on the first floor of the 300,000 sq ft building.

The project, which is due to start later this month, will take approximately 11 weeks to complete, with Weightmans being the first occupier in the building.
