Wave of promotions at JLL

Three new national director posts have been awarded at JLL Manchester: Shannon Conway in residential advisory, Ian Clarke in valuation, Richard Wharton in office agency.

Richard Johnson, industrial and logistics, Lee Hill, residential, and Andrew Hilbourne, capital markets, have all been promoted to local directors. In addition, Naomi Kellett in planning consultancy, Oliver Dolan in residential, and Timothy Price in rating management have all been promoted to associate director.

The capital markets team has promoted Jenna McIntyre to senior surveyor, while in property and asset management Jessica Speers is now a senior surveyor and Dan Kelly a surveyor.

In the Manchester office’s building consultancy team Keiran Melfi has been made associate director, while Martin McGowan has been promoted to senior surveyor. Matt Gaffey has also joined the team from GL Hearn, as a graduate surveyor.

JLL employs 175 people in the North West. Of these, 135 are in the regional head office in One Piccadilly, Manchester, and the remainder in residential sales branches and in site management roles with clients.

David Lathwood, lead director for the North West at JLL, said: “We have a broad range of talent across our North West office, significantly aided by the high numbers of graduates and young professionals choosing Manchester as their home.

“By investing in this talent we continue to strengthen our proposition both within the local market and to the range of global funds that are attracted to Manchester’s property market.”
