Wave of promotions at JLL

Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted nine staff in its Manchester office and one in Liverpool; its first round of promotions since the merger with King Sturge last year.

Tim Luckman, in the valuation department, has been promoted to the role of regional director, the second highest management tier within the firm.

Promoted to director are James Porteous, in investment, Stephen Woodford, lease advisory, Scott Gemmell, valuation, Richard Kelly, project and development services, and Jonathan Wiedemann, project and development services.

Promoted to associate director level are Stephen Todd, valuation, David Waldron, rating, Stephanie Moore, property and asset management, and Lynsey Smith from the residential side of JLL's Liverpool office.

David Lathwood, head of Jones Lang LaSalle in the North West, said: "The strength of our business lies in the quality of our people and this latest round of promotions highlights the on-going development of our diverse teams here in the North West.

"We're continuing to reap the benefits created since the two businesses merged last year as clients increasingly seek advice from our large teams of highly experienced consultants."

Jones Lang LaSalle employs 175 staff in the North West.
