Waterfold takes Bury office rent to £17
Waterfold Business Park in Bury has set a new record rent for the town with Ethos Communications Solutions taking a privately owned 2,000 sq ft unit at £17/sq ft.
The park, off junction 2 of the M66, has proved popular since completion in 2004, and has been virtually fully let for four years.
Unit E2 was recently released back to the market and was quickly re-let to Ethos, looking to establish a regional office base.
Steve Manifold of letting agent Nolan Redshaw said: "There has been virtually no vacancies at Waterfold since construction four years ago by Seddons, but even when we are not marketing space, we get a steady stream of enquiries for the site.
"Companies are keen to locate to the site due to its motorway location, the high quality environment and the convenience for both the city centre and North Manchester. We only wish we had another 'Waterfold' up our sleeves!"
