  • Last year saw the highest number of investment transactions for over three years

Vince Sandwell, director of BE Group, said: "It was good to see so many people both from Warrington and the wider region attending this event. Its success was partly due to the increased confidence in the market and interest in what's happening around Warrington town centre."

Bill Preedy, portfolio manager at commercial property investors Taregtfollow, which were sponsors of this year's event, added: "St James Court will very much be an integral part of those town centre plans that were outlined at the launch. The quality of accommodation, accessibility and parking at St James Court proved a hit with the many visitors attending the review event, and we are confident we will see a continued interest in our business centre in the future."
