Warrington office refurbishment completes

Following a refurbishment programme, the 26,000 sq ft former Bank Quay House building on Sankey Street, Warrington has been renamed The Outset by owner Equinox Propeties.

The property was acquired by Equinox at the end of 2017, with the developer then embarking on a full refurbishment and modernisation programme, with Standing Space and Sheila Bird Group engaged on design and fit-out undertaken by Adept Retail Solutions.

The revamped lobby now hosts the Outset Café along with new serviced office spaces and co-working facilities including meeting and telephone pods.

All communal areas have been revamped at te building, which overlooks Bank Park. The ground floor is dedicated to co-working, with space available on flexible terms, with the upper four floors being offered as standard office space.

Daniel Jebreel, managing director of Equinox, said: “We were focused on creating a beautifully designed space with a really unique personality. One of our key aims is to facilitate community and networking in the building through regular events.

“We feel that we have created an environment that will help our tenants to foster their best work – whether it’s a single person start up in our co working space, a serviced office client, or a larger leased tenant.”

The Outset will be officially launched on 22 March by local MP Faisal Rashid.
